Great Spooky DU race everyone!! Great break from the running and a great fall race at that! Now it’s back to the pavement!
Mon – 4 to 5 miles
Tues – 6 to 7 miles
Wed – 7 to 8 miles
Thurs – 8 to 9 miles
Friday – 4 to 5 miles
Sat – 9 to 10 miles
Sun active recovery or 3 mile jog
38 to 45 miles for the week depending on what your plan is
